Absolutely! I specialize in helping athletes of all abilities. Whether you’re new to the sport or experienced, I create tailored plans to fit your unique goals, experience, and fitness level.
3. How do you create personalized training plans?
Training plans are designed based on your current fitness level, experience, race goals, time availability, and any other personal factors. I use performance data from swim, bike, and run workouts, along with feedback from you, to adjust and optimize your training.
4. Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes! I work with athletes locally and remotely. Through TrainingPeaks, text and email we can stay connected for coaching support, feedback, and progress tracking, no matter where you are.
5. How often do I receive feedback or adjustments to my training plan?
I provide regular feedback after your key workouts and races. Training plans are updated weekly, based on your personal constraints, progress, performance, and how you’re feeling, ensuring you’re always on track for your goals.
6. What equipment do I need to start training?
As a triathlete, you’ll need access to a bike, running shoes, and swimming gear. While having a GPS watch or bike computer with heart rate and power sensors can be helpful for tracking performance, it’s not mandatory. I can also recommend the best gear for your level and budget.
7. How do you track my progress?
I use various tools such as heart rate monitors, power meters, GPS devices, and training apps (e.g., TrainingPeaks) to monitor and analyze your workouts. Regular assessments help adjust your training load to ensure optimal progress.
8. What is the cost of your coaching services?
The cost is $250 a month which includes a TrainingPeaks membership where I provide the detailed workouts with advanced analysis tools.
9. Can you help me with race nutrition and fueling strategies?
Yes, nutrition is a critical component of triathlon training and race-day performance. I provide guidance on training nutrition, race fueling, and hydration strategies tailored to your body’s needs and race demands.
10. How long before my race should I start training with you?
This depends on your current fitness level and race distance. For longer distances (Ironman or 70.3), starting 6-12 months before race day is ideal. For shorter races (sprint or Olympic), 12-16 weeks of training can be sufficient.
12. How do I get started with your coaching?

13. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
